PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A PROJECT REQUEST FORM
- Please read about the Project Request Process by clicking on the left menu link on our website.
- Click the SERVICE AND PROJECT REQUESTS link in our left menu to determine whether you have a service request (aka work order) or a space or project request. Our Service and FAQs links also have information to make the proper determination.
- Click this link PROJECT REQUEST FORM to download the form.
- Print and complete the form.
- Have your Department Chair/Director and Dean or Vice President approve and sign the form.
- Return form to us at inspaces@lehigh.edu or send via Campus Mail to Logistics Coordinator, FSCPP, 461 Webster St, Bldg. 3A.
